Submissions

We are currently open to publishing 2-3 submissions a year with an emphasis on nonfiction, but we will consider fiction with a powerful message about the human experience.

Authors are encouraged to field test their manuscripts with 15-20 readers before sending us any work to review. We recommend picking a diverse group of readers to see if your writing resonates with folks. If your book does not excite your test group, we ask that you have the discipline to step back and rethink your content and/or technique. No one likes being rejected, and only a few heartless publishers enjoy rejecting.

Lastly, we are not in a position as a small press to acknowledge or respond to unsolicited manuscripts. This is not a reflection of your work but an honest description of our limitations of staff and resources.
